MADURAI, TN – The Sourashtra Nextgen Entrepreneurs Association (NextGen) celebrated its second anniversary in grand style by hosting the prestigious Business Excellence Awards 2022. The event, held to honour the remarkable achievements of entrepreneurs and leaders within the community, was a testament to the region’s vibrant and growing business ecosystem.

The ceremony was graced by an esteemed panel of industry leaders. Mr. S. Nandakumar, Chairman and Managing Director of Fibretuff products India Private Limited, Rasipuram, attended as the Chief Guest. He was joined by two distinguished Guests of Honour: Mr. K. R. Sridhar, Joint Managing Director of Quality Knit wears Pvt Ltd, Madurai, and Mr. S. A. Sureshkumar, Managing Director of Don Publications & Addas masala Pvt Ltd. Their presence lent significant weight and inspiration to the gathering of budding and established entrepreneurs.

The highlight of the evening was the presentation of the NextGen Business Excellence Awards, which recognized individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and innovation in their respective fields.

The NextGen Entrepreneur Award, celebrating dynamic and visionary new business leaders, was presented to two deserving winners:

• T. B. Sabarish, Managing Director of Sreehar Silvers, for his remarkable growth and acumen in the precious metals industry.

• A. B. Abilash, Founder of Inses, for his innovative spirit and entrepreneurial drive in establishing his new venture.

In a special recognition of excellence that transcends traditional business, the Business Excellence Award was conferred upon Dr. R.M. Sathish Kumar, M.S., M.Ch(Uro).,. A Senior Consultant Urologist at Sandheep Memorial Hospital, Dr. Sathish Kumar was honoured for his exceptional contributions and leadership in the medical field.

The association also took the opportunity to recognize the invaluable contributions of its own members through the NextGen Team Awards 2022. These awards celebrate the spirit of collaboration and dedication that drives the organization forward.

• The Best Team Player Award (2021-2022) was awarded to G. R. Vijaya Sathya Narayanan, Proprietor of Infonet Technologies.

• The Best All Rounder Award (2021-2022) was presented to Ajithkumar of Amartek Safety Lockers.
